We're so happy you have decided to exhibit with Show Me Reptiles! Our goal is to provide a high-quality events with great experiences for both vendors and customers.

By creating your account you agree to the following policies —

Cancellations

In order to give us ample time to find new vendors, please email us at [email protected] if you need to cancel your tables. We now require 2 weeks prior to the show date for cancellations. As a courtesy, we will send out an email blast 3 weeks prior to each show date. If you have signed up through the website, told a show coordinator you would like to vend a future show, or messaged any team member, you are added to our vendor list and committed to that show. By doing so you are then added to the email blast and considered a vendor for that date. A committed vendor is considered locked into vending(said show) and will be held to the policy charges if cancellations have been made without adequate notification.

No Shows and Early Break-down

A “No Show” is someone who requested/paid to vend a show and did not show up to the event on said day and did not provide adequate notification. We understand that emergencies occur and exceptions can be made. However, when we have multiple no shows with no notice we have no time to fill your spot and give other vendors the opportunity. No vendor should break down before 3:30pm at any show without approval from the show coordinator.

Charge for Late Cancellations, Early break-down & No Shows

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will be invoiced for the price of the tables requested. No shows will be invoiced for the price of tables requested. Failure to pay the invoice will prevent you from vending the next show. Early break-downs will be charged $10 per table that was occupied by the vendor during the show. Remember, we do not refund tables.

Professional Public Conduct

The Show Me Reptile Show is built on collaboration, professionalism, and mutual success. Our goal is to create an environment where vendors, customers, staff, and animals all benefit together. Public online behavior directly impacts attendance, vendor sales, staff safety, and the reputation of the reptile community as a whole. For that reason, participation in the Show Me Reptile Show is contingent upon adherence to the following standards. While vendors are free to hold personal opinions, vendors actively vending with the Show Me Reptile Show agree not to engage in public online conduct that undermines the success, safety, or reputation of the event. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Publicly disparaging, defaming, or misrepresenting the Show Me Reptile Show, its staff, coordinators, leadership, or affiliated businesses
• Posting false, misleading, or inflammatory statements regarding show operations, policies, safety, or integrity
• Encouraging others not to attend or vend through public attacks or unverified claims
• Engaging in online behavior that creates hostility, fear, or reputational harm toward the show or its participants

This policy exists so we can all be successful together. When the show succeeds, vendors succeed. Public attacks and misinformation harm the entire vendor community.

Conflict Resolution

Vendors agree that concerns, complaints, or feedback related to the show must be communicated directly and privately to Show Me Reptile Show management so they may be addressed constructively and professionally. Public social media attacks are not considered an acceptable form of communication and are inconsistent with the standards of this event.

Enforcement & Consequences

Because public brand damage can cause immediate and lasting harm, violations of this policy may result in immediate corrective action, including but not limited to:

• Immediate non-renewal of vendor participation • Suspension or removal from the current event

• Permanent disqualification from future Show Me Reptile Show events

• Termination of the vendor relationship without refund

The Show Me Reptile Show reserves the sole right to determine whether conduct violates this policy. Participation in the event is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.

Professional Event Conduct

The Show Me Reptile Show is committed to creating a professional, welcoming, and safe environment for vendors, customers, staff, and animals. Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that contributes positively to the event environment. Behavior that creates hostility, fear, disruption, or division is not tolerated.

Prohibited Conduct Includes, but is Not Limited To:

• Harassment, intimidation, or aggressive behavior toward vendors, customers, staff, or coordinators
• Creating drama, spreading rumors, or engaging in confrontational behavior
• Disrupting the event atmosphere through negativity or hostility
• Undermining staff or coordinators during the event

Any behavior that negatively impacts the experience or safety of others

Enforcement

The Show Me Reptile Show reserves the right to take immediate corrective action if a vendor is determined to be creating a toxic environment, including:

• Removal from the event without refund
• Immediate non-renewal or permanent disqualification from future events
• Termination of the vendor relationship

Determinations are made at the sole discretion of Show Me Reptile Show management. Participation in the event is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.

!! Please Note !!

After Continued offenses, you will be required to pay for all tables in advance before being allowed to vend. If a vendor “No Shows” three times in a row, the opportunity to vend will be denied.

We *only* accept reptile, amphibian, bird, and exotic animal-related exhibitors. Any vendors signing up unrelated to the general topic of reptiles and exotic animals will be declined.

• Create your website account using the form below. You will use this information to login to this website.
• After submitting that form you will be redirected to your vendor profile, please complete your vendor profile details. Please note that once approved your vendor profile details will be available on a publicly listed page. Do not share any details about your business you do not wish to be publicly available on the Internet.
  We reserve the right to make any discretionary edits to your vendor profile at any time. For example: hateful, lewd, or political content will not be tolerated. This is a public space, please be kind to your neighbors and potential customers.
• You will receive an additional email requiring you to verify your email address. Failure to verify your email will prevent you from logging into the website.
• Once approved you will receive an onboarding email with further information. Please note creating an account does not guarantee approval.
