Show Me Reptile Show – Vendor Terms of Service & Pay As You Go Credit Agreement

1. Pay As You Go Credit Program

Show Me Reptile Show offers an optional Pay As You Go Credit Program to approved vendors. This program allows vendors to reserve tables in advance and defer payment until event check-in. Pay As You Go is a privilege, not a right, and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Show Me Reptile Show.

2. Payment Requirement Before Setup

All vendors agree that:

  • Full payment is required prior to unloading, setting up, or occupying booth space.
  • Vendors who have not paid will not be permitted to set up under any circumstances.

3. Binding Financial Commitment

By reserving tables under Pay As You Go, Vendor agrees:

  • All reservations are binding and financially enforceable.
  • Payment is owed regardless of attendance.
  • Failure to attend does not cancel the obligation.

Exception (Limited & Discretionary):

Show Me Reptile Show may, at its sole discretion, excuse a missed show due to a legitimate emergency or other approved circumstance. Any such exception:

  • Must be approved by Show Me Reptile Show management.
  • Does not guarantee a refund and may instead be issued as a credit.
  • Is granted on a case-by-case basis only.
  • Does not establish precedent or entitlement to future exceptions.

4. Card on File Requirement & Authorization

To participate in Pay As You Go, Vendor must maintain a valid payment method on file. By providing a payment method, Vendor expressly authorizes Show Me Reptile Show to:

  • Store and securely retain payment information.
  • Charge the card on file for any unpaid balances related to reserved tables.
  • Process charges without additional notice when payment deadlines are not met.

5. Automatic Billing & Enforcement

Vendor agrees that if payment has not been made:

  • Show Me Reptile Show may charge the card on file 24–72 hours after the event if no show.
  • Show Me Reptile Show requires payment at check-in before setup is permitted.
  • Any successful charge satisfies the payment requirement for setup.

6. Failed Payment & Denial of Setup

If payment is not completed, AND The card on file is declined or invalid then:

  • Vendor will be denied setup.
  • Vendor will forfeit their reserved space.
  • Vendor remains fully responsible for the balance owed.

7. Non-Refundable & No-Show Policy

All reservations are non-refundable.

No-shows remain financially responsible.

Vendor acknowledges reserved space is removed from inventory and impacts event operations.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

Vendor agrees not to initiate a chargeback or dispute for any charges made in accordance with these Terms. All billing concerns must be addressed directly with Show Me Reptile Show.

9. Collections & Enforcement

Unpaid balances may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent removal from future events.
  • Revocation of Pay As You Go privileges.
  • Referral to collections. 

Vendor agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, legal fees, or recovery expenses.

10. Modifications

Show Me Reptile Show may update these Terms at any time. However, any financial obligations already incurred will remain governed by the Terms agreed to at the time of reservation.

11. Acknowledgment

By registering, reserving tables, or participating in Pay As You Go, Vendor confirms they:

Have read and understood these Terms, Agree to all financial obligations. Authorize automatic billing as outlined
