No returns on in-person sales.

Snake must be paid for in full unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

Standard payment plans are only done on animals over $800. Buyer must pay a non-refundable 25% down payment to hold the animal. Remaining balance must be paid within 60 days.

Customer pays for shipping on snakes under $1250. Shipping an animal(s) over $1250 is included in the price. Shipping to FedEx hub shipping centers are preferred. If a FedEx hub is not an option it must be ensured that you will be home to receive the package.

Live arrival is guaranteed within an hour from time stamped arrival to the destination. We go off of FedEx tracking time stamps.
