All sales are final. Any returns will be solely up to Royal Caribbean Exoticz on if we will take an animal back once we inspect and determine the said animal is still healthy and it is the exact same animal that was sold. Once verified we will determine if we will receive it back and refund funds back to the original form of payment.

Payment Plans: Short-term payment plans are acceptable when applicable. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless under extreme circumstances. If you reserve a reptile with a deposit and are unable to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe, you will forfeit any deposit and payments made. Deposit: Down payment of 20% of the cost of reptile not including shipping. • Plans: Please contact us for further information about payment plans and timeframes. • $500.00 – $1,000: 3 weeks from the day the deposit is received • $1,001 – $2,000.00: 45 days from the day the deposit is received • $2,001.00 – Above: 60 days from the day the deposit is received • Shipping: $60.00 – $100.00 depending on zip code and size of animal. (Shipping is NOT included in the payment plan).

Shipping: Shipments will only be Wednesdays & Thursdays all months of the year. We do not ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, weekends, and U.S. holidays. We will not ship under extreme weather conditions to ensure the reptile’s safety and its arrival. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling resulting in death on arrival of animals. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs. The shipping cost is determined by zip code and animal’s size. The reptiles are shipped through Fedex Priority Overnight. We require an adult to be present to receive and sign for the shipment. If I determine temperatures are not ideal the animal will be shipped to nearest Fedex shipping center to be picked by you. Under reasonable weather conditions, the reptile will be shipped once full payment is received and you will be provided with tracking information. Buyer must email us a photo of the unboxing of reptile within one hour of arrival or all guarantees are considered VOID. If the reptile arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy or is damaged in any way the customer must notify RCE immediately upon receiving the animal(s).
