We are a family owned, family ran ball python breeding business. We have a huge passion for the hobby and enjoy what nature has to give us genetically. We breed for the best genetics and of course physical beauty is our goal whether it be dark snakes or the brightest of the bright. We're always putting our heads together to come up with some amazing pairings.

* REFUND POLICY - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! Any funds accumulated go towards the cost of care and feeding during the duration the animal remains in our care. In most cases, a store credit will be given. *RETURN POLICY - NO RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ANIMAL(S)! Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return an animal back to the seller should they not meet expectations. Upon receipt of the animal in PROPER shipping conditions (box, heat/cold pack, packing materials, etc.) we will reach out to the buyer and discuss solutions. If we decide a refund is the best solution, making an exception to our "NRP", it will be the cost of the animal only. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of DOA of a return to our facility, we will investigate to make sure the animal was packaged properly and if so, we may ask for some time to file a claim with the shipping company. At the conclusion of the claim, we will resolute accordingly.

We accept credit cards, EFT via CashApp, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap to Pay, Zelle, money orders, and of course CASH IS KING! On a case by case basis, we may accept PayPal F&F, but ONLY if we have exhausted all other options. Recurring customers have the ability to be invoiced via Square or PayPal, but fees are involved. Taxes are added to all electronic/CC payments! Animals ARE NOT shipped until payment clears!

* PAYMENT PLANS - We require an initial non-refundable deposit based off of the payment plan terms (see below). Once deposit is made, the animal is marked "on hold". * PAYMENT PLAN TERMS - Plans are for 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days (see below). Unless special arrangements have been made to allow for longer, 90 days is the max allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will only allow ONE payment plan extension request. Weekly payments are strongly encouraged to help cover weekly feedings (but not required). *30 days - $200-$500 (non refundable deposit of at least $100) *60 days - $501-$999 (non refundable deposit of at least $150) *90 days - $1000+ (non refundable deposit of at least $200) * FINAL PAYMENT - Must be made in full by 11:59:59 PM on the final day of the payment plan terms. If the final payment is not received by this time on the final day, the deposit and any payments made are forfeited and the animal will be made available for next in line.

We are shipping from hub to hub only at this time. You must have a valid ID in order to pickup from the hub. Live animals are shipped via priority overnight through SYR or R2Y, which uses FedEx services. There is absolutely NO residential shipments at this time! Our ship days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting. The animals are dropped off at our local hub on lunch break, which is usually between 2 pm and 3 pm (EST). Temperatures must be between 55F and 95F in order for us to be able to ship safely. Temps below 55F or above 95F are dangerous to ship in and we will not ship until the temperature falls within our safe range. We can arrange show pickup/local pickup if this is an issue and you're within a reasonable distance.

Upon receipt of your animal(s), we request that you notify us of any issues within an hour of pickup. Failure to do so will result in the nullification of our insurance policy/live arrival guarantee. We include the live arrival guarantee at no additional cost to our customers. If for some reason an animal is DOA, we require video documentation sent via email before we will remedy the situation. This is to help with the insurance claim. DOAs also are required to be reported to us within an hour of pickup. Failure to do so will nullify the guarantee. Animals that are claimed as fine upon arrival but start having issues within days of the customer having it in their possession will be excluded from the live arrival guarantee and cannot be claimed on insurance. We will work with the customer the best we can to fix any issues that may be lingering.
