Here at Wild Things Exotic Pets, we pride ourselves on providing quality education to our customers, the highest level of care to our animals, and the healthiest animals for sale. We are fully online and ready to answer any questions at any reptile expo instate. We offer birthday parties and educational events whenever you need them!

Returns

We have a 72-hour conditional health guarantee for any of our animals. During that time, if anything happens to the critter, you may contact us, and we will talk about returns, refunds, or replacements. Photos of the animals, enclosures, temperature, humidity, and other information regarding the critter must be provided.

Payments

We accept Paypal, Cash (only for local pick up) & Debit/Credit card through our website.

Payment Plans

Payment plans apply to animals over $400 only. 25% non-refundable down payment, we accept anywhere from a 72 hours to 2 months for our plans. Contact us with how long you are looking for.

Shipping

Shipping is overnight priority via FedEx in a standard reptile-shipping box lined with Styrofoam. Cool and/or heat packs are included when weather demands it. Shipping available when temperatures are between 30-85°F, and when there are no known serious storms, etc. Shipping cost is calculated by your zip code, typically $65. Pickup in Windsor is available - contact for details. We have a live-arrival guarantee, but not an On-Time arrival guarantee as we cannot control when FedEx is late.
