Shipping is by Fedex Overnight.We ship on Monday- Wednesday when weather permits. Shipping to nearest hub. Currently due to FedEx delays to resident we are shipping to nearest hub for safety of the animals.
All animals have a live arrival guarantee (unless you are not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt) and a 48 hour health guarantee. If your animal is dead on arrival you must contact us immediately. And live arrival only if with signature. An email/text/message with the photo of the animal must be sent within one hour of arrival and signature for a full refund. All shipping will be held at closet hub to receiver for pick up. KNOW YOUR LOCAL LAWS! We ship to all states and do not have every local law known. We are not responsible if you break a local ordnance.
