Baum Exotics started in 2019. We fell in love with our crested geckos and building bioactive enclosures. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion to submerge ourselves into the reptile community as a small business. We are a small business focused on providing High-End quality geckos to our customers. We work with mostly Lilly Whites and Extreme Harlequins, while dabbling into some smaller projects along the way. All photos taken are done by myself and Emma (my 13 yr old daughter). We house our grow outs and adult geckos is bioactive enclosures, while housing our hatchlings in a tub system to keep track of their food intake and health all together. We pride ourselves on giving the best care to all of our reptiles.

Payment plans are available for purchases over $500 and require a 25% non-refundable deposit. All purchases MUST be paid in full within 30 days of the initial deposit of the purchase, unless specified otherwise. *Payments in full are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you may receive a store credit of 75% of original purchase. There will be a 25% fee for cancellation on the original purchase price. All store credits are good on any purchase within a full year of the original purchase. Payments are accepted via FORFEITURES In the event that Baum Exotics attempts to contact the buyer for any reason pertaining to the shipment or scheduling of the shipment of the gecko and there is NO reply for 14 days, the gecko is forfeited. There will be NO REFUND and NO CREDIT provided.

Baum Exotics only ships FedEx Priority Overnight Monday through Wednesday. Shipping prices vary. Geckos will only be shipped when temperatures between 40- & 80-degrees Fahrenheit. All locations including where the geckos are departing and arriving (also any midway points) must have good shipping conditions. Baum Exotics will hold geckos during winter and any other unsafe conditions. No refunds will be awarded due to unsafe shipping conditions. There are two forms of delivery. You may pick up your gecko at your local FedEx Express facility or have the gecko shipped directly to your home. Baum Exotics prefers that you use the local pick-up option, however, if receiving a direct delivery, a good address and in person signature will be required. If no one is present upon the first attempt of delivery, the Live Animal Guarantee will be void. Please contact Baum Exotics within 30 minutes of delivery confirming the arrival and wellbeing of the gecko. If Baum Exotics is not contacted within 30 minutes of delivery, it is assumed that the gecko arrived safely, and the Live Animal Guarantee will be satisfied. Any claims after the 30 minutes of the arrival will be void. *** If the package is left at your door, Baum Exotics MUST be contacted immediately, or the Live Animal Guarantee will be void. *** Baum Exotics is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Baum Exotics guarantees live animal arrival within the United States. In the event the gecko is DOA (dead on arrival), Baum Exotics MUST be informed immediately upon delivery or pickup from the FedEx location. DO NOT dispose of the gecko until Baum Exotics has been contacted and proof of DOA has been confirmed. A full reimbursement will be made for the purchase in the form of a store credit. There are NO CASH REFUNDS. If a replacement gecko is purchased, shipping charges will be your responsibility. If the package is late, a refund may be available through the shipping company. Once you have received the animal and confirmed to be in good health (within 30 minutes of delivery), Baum Exotics has no further guarantees. Should a major health issue occur within 14 days of delivery and the issue is genetic, a refund may be considered.
