Email notification of receipt of any sick/deceased animals on-arrival required within 24hrs of receiving the animal. For animals which die once in your care, we have a 10-day warranty, if proper conditions are shown. Photos of the setup and animal, as well as of temperature and humidity readings in the enclosure and description of husbandry practices (food type and frequency, tank-mates, and etc) are required for consideration. If we find the animal to have had proper care/conditions, we may refund or replace the deceased animal at our discretion.
