This notification should include a detailed description of the observed symptoms or concerns. 2. Evaluation: Upon receiving the notification, we will promptly assess the situation and request any necessary information or documentation to better understand the snake's condition. We may ask for photographs, videos, or veterinary reports to aid in the evaluation process. 3. Consultation: In some cases, we may request that the customer consult with a qualified reptile veterinarian to obtain a professional opinion on the snake's health. This consultation can help us determine the best course of action for the snake's well-being. 4. Return Process: If it is determined that the snake is indeed sick or experiencing health issues that were present at the time of purchase, we will provide instructions for the safe return of the snake. The customer will be responsible for ensuring the snake's safe transportation back to us. 5. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned snake, we will conduct a thorough examination to confirm its health condition. If the snake is found to be sick or experiencing health issues that were present at the time of purchase, the customer will have the option to receive a refund or a replacement snake of equal value, subject to availability. 6. Education and Support: We believe in providing ongoing education and support to our customers. If a snake is returned due to health issues, we will take the opportunity to educate the customer on proper care, husbandry, and potential causes of the snake's illness. We will also offer guidance and resources to help prevent similar issues in the future. By implementing this policy, we aim to ensure the well-being of the snakes we breed and maintain customer satisfaction. We are committed to addressing any health concerns promptly, responsibly, and in accordance with ethical standards.
