All sales are final. Scaly Concepts guarantees all animals sold by us to be correctly sexed, healthy, and feeding prior to shipment or delivery. All hets are guaranteed. All animals come with a two week health guarantee.

Payment can be made via Venmo, PayPal Friends & Family, Zelle, Cash App or cash if in person. Payment in full is required in order for an animal to be delivered or shipped.

If incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are void. Shipping will only proceed during proper weather. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. DUE TO DELAYS CAUSED BY SHIPPING, ALL SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR NEAREST FEDEX HUB.

We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. In the event that an animal is d.o.a, you must contact us immediately and provide photo evidence of said animal.
