We offer a Same-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all live animal purchases. If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your reptile upon arrival, you may request a return on the same day the animal is received with shipping split between the buyer and seller.

Live arrival and health guaranteed. Payment plans are also available. We accept payments via PayPal, Zelle, credit card, Venmo, and Cash App.

Payment Plans: A 25% down payment is required for all payment plans. Animals priced at $500 and below must be paid off within 30 days. For animals priced between $500 and $1000, the payment period is extended to 45 days. Orders over $1000 must be paid off within 60 days. If the purchaser opts out of or decides not to complete the payment plan, 30% of the total value of the animal is non-refundable. If we do not hear from you or no payments are made within 30 days after any amount has been paid, no refunds will be issued on previous payments. If the payment plan exceeds the allotted time, a $50 per month charge will be applied for holding and caring for the animal.

We guarantee all reptiles will arrive alive and in good condition when shipped under approved conditions: Must be shipped to a FedEx or UPS hub for pickup Must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of arrival Failure to meet these requirements voids the guarantee. Live Animal Sale Disclosure All animals are sold and shipped in apparent good health and are feeding at the time of sale. Sex determination is not 100% guaranteed; however, the seller is highly confident in its accuracy. By purchasing or placing a deposit on an animal, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions as stated.
