Case by case basis we will do returns. All animals come with the following Guarantees: ***Guarantees*** ~All animals are guaranteed to be in perfect health upon arrival, properly sexed, feeding, and pest-free. ~One Week Health Guarantee. ~Our prices are subject to change without notice, the only exceptions are for animals we have already received a deposit for. ***If there is any health issue related and not found to be negligence. The customer will be refunded or giving store credit for another animal.***

***Payment** ~We accept PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Bank transfers.

Payment plans only accepted on animals over 1k. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your animal. 1k - 1.5k 45 days 1.5- 2k - 60 days 2k over 90 days ***Animal stays with NWF Reptiles until paid in full.***

***Shipping*** ~We will not ship your animal until we confirm the order & shipping address with you, and confirm that you will have someone at the address provided to receive your animal. ~Shipping only occurs Monday – Wednesday through FedEx. ~If you choose to pick them up from a FedEx hub, you must do so within two hours, or guarantees are nullified. ~If the incorrect shipping information is provided, guarantees are nullified. ~Shipping will only occur during appropriate weather.
