Deposit to hold an animal will be 25% of the sale price and is non-refundable if you do not complete the purchase. Purchase must be complete within 30 days or the sale may be terminated with a loss of deposit, unless an agreement is made with seller. It is your responsibility to start that conversation. All sales are final. Be certain you are buying the animal you want. We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason.

Animals are sent on Tuesday/Wednesday for next day arrival via FedEx priority overnight . We make every effort to ensure arrival the next day, we do not accept responsibility if FedEx is at fault for a late arrival. Please plan your deliveries according to your schedule. All animals will be shipped to the closest FedEx ship center unless otherwise agreed upon at time of sale. If shipped to a home there must be someone to sign for the animal and the package must be opened immediately. For ship center packages, the animal must be picked up within 3 hours of FedEx confirming arrival to the facility. We do not ship animals when overnight temperatures are under 40 or over 90. Shipments made under extreme conditions are at the sole discretion of the buyer and live arrival cannot be guaranteed. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any problem.
