All sales are final unless the animal is found to be not as represented such as being incorrectly sexed. Animals are guaranteed visibly healthy and correctly sexed. The health guarantee is valid within 1 hour of delivery/pickup. If there is any known health issue of any kind with the animal, it will discussed with written documentation prior to the sale being finalized. Please double check the sex of your animal within 7 days of arrival. While we double check the sex of the animal prior to shipment via probing or popping, errors can happen. If the animal is received by the buyer and the sex is found to be incorrect, we will issue a return label to the ship the animal back to us. The animal must be shipped according to ShipYourReptiles’ standards. If the purchaser wishes to keep the animal regardless of the incorrect sex, we will come to agreement with the buyer regarding percentage refund. Refunds will not be given past 7 days of arrival for incorrect sexing. As morphological identification becomes more complex, it cannot be 100% guaranteed and determination of genetic traits of an animal are established by our interpretation. An animal may be listed as “poss” or “possible” if we suspect a trait that may be present but are not 100% positive. Status of recessives/heterozygotes (66% or 100%) are guaranteed. These animals were either produced by us or proven breeders. We do NOT guarantee the feeding response of any animal after it leaves our facility and do NOT offer any refunds for no feeding responses. All of our snakes are currently eating live rodents. If you desire to feed FT, we recommend you get at least three consistent feedings with live rodents in the animal’s new environment prior to an attempted switch. If you are having difficulties, we are more than happy to help you trouble shoot possible issues and help you get your new animal eating regularly.

● We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Square, and other forms of payment on a case-by-case basis. Buyers must be 18+ years. ● Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped.

Payment plans are created on a case-by-case basis. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required. Full payment must be made within 30 days unless a different arrangement is made between the seller and buyer. Failure to pay on time or agreed to date will result in the forfeiture of all payments that have been received.

● Animals are shipped through ShipYourReptiles via overnight FedEx. Animals will only be shipped between the temperatures of 40-90° F at the departure location and destination. If temperatures are outside this range, the animal will be cared for until it is safe to ship. ● We will work with buyers to determine shipping days and if the animal should be shipped directly to the residency or a FedEx hub. We reserve the right to make the final decision on when to ship or not. We will not ship if we do not feel it is safe for our animal(s). ● You must be home to receive the animal when FedEx delivers. If the animal is being shipped to a FedEx hub, you must pick up the animal within 4 hours it is released to be picked up. ● Shipping cost is not included in the asking price. Shipping charges vary depending on animal size/weight and destination. Quotes will be available prior to purchase. ● For animals or shipments valued over $500, shipping insurance via ShipYourReptiles is mandatory and cost will be split between buyer and seller. ● Live arrival guarantees will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.

The live arrival guarantee is void if any of the following occurs: ○ The animal is not picked up within 4 hours of arrival at a FedEx hub. ○ Delivery delays occur due to an inaccurate address provided by the buyer. ○ Buyer is not present when delivery of the animal is attempted at residence. Animal shipments will require a signature for delivery. Regarding shipped animals, Dead-on-arrivals (DOAs) must be reported within 1 hour of arrival at a residency or within 4 hours of arrival at a hub based on FedEx time stamps. Photo or video evidence is required.
