Payment plans are accepted on a case by case basis. Generally anything over $300 can be made into a payment plan with a deposit of 25%. The length of the payment plan depends on the total price of everything.

We will only ship live animals when the temperatures at both your and our locations are safe to do so. Being located in the deep south there can large heat waves that can cause shipping delays. We also don’t ship after thanksgiving until after the new year due to all the packages and chance of delays.
