Family owned and operated business. Build standard/custom reptile racks and enclosures. We specialize in ratsnakes, with our main focus on King Ratsnakes.
All sales final, but we do take enclosures/racks back on trade or credit in a case by case basis
Pretty much all forms of payments accepted.
Payment plans are a case by case basis, with 25% nonrefundable deposit for animals. All orders on racks/enclosures are 50% nonrefundable deposit (in most cases) remaining balance do at/by completion.
Live animals are FedEx overnight hub to hub Monday - Wednesday weather permitting. Racks are flat packed shipped FedEx or UPS Enclosures are permanently and fully assembled so no shipping on those unless small on size.
Live arrival guarantee on shipping with 7-10 day good health. In person animal sales are 7-10 day good health guarantee. Vet visit or necropsy with proof needed for any claim within the good health window.
