no refunds at shows, we will not bring any animal that we may think could not handle the stress of a show. Any animal shipped from us and held at a FedEx hub can be given full refund within 3 hours of the animal being picked up from the time FedEx releases the package. Depending on weather we will Gurantee refunds on animals shipped or homes and businesses

Cash is King, but we do have square, cashapp, venmo. We no longer use PayPal.

We do not offer payment plans

DOA has to be reported within 3 hours of FedExs time of release from a hub. Any animals being requested to be shipped when above 90 or below 40 are not guaranteed and won't be refunded. And won't be shipped unless determined safe to do so.

All animals unless are healthy and capable of being introduced into a new home. We do suggest that new keepers do let the animal de stress as it kills more than bad husbandry. We recommend letting the animal de stress for 2 weeks and to not bother the animal until eating and drinking are at the peak of the animals potential. All animals will be labeled as CB by us or not by Us.
