My preferred payment option is through Square invoice which will allow you to pay with any credit or debit card. I will need your name, address, phone number, and email to provide you with an invoice. We also accept cash upon pickup and we can accept other payment forms if necessary.

Payment plans can be arranged but do require a 20% non-refundable deposit, a detailed schedule of how they will be paid, and no refunds will be offered on any amount paid toward the critters. Critters will only be available for pickup or shipping after they have been paid off.

Shipping is a flat rate of $50 and is done overnight via FedEx hub to hub in an insulated box with heat packs, cryopacks, or cold packs as necessary. Shipping is only done when the weather is safe to ship and FedEx is not experiencing delays. I do not offer shipping to your door for the safety of the animals, but do allow for it to be picked up at any time (as long as your FedEx hub is open) during the first delivery day. I ship out on Tuesdays for Wednesday pickup. Local pickups can be arranged for here in Sanford, NC. We can also meet up Tuesday evenings around 6:30pm in Northeast Raleigh, NC and at any of the show we will be vending throughout North Carolina.
