- All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, and as described at the time of purchase. -Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. -To document a DOA, take a photo and contact via messaging (email/text) within the first 2 hours of the documented delivery time. This message should include pictures/video of the animal and details of arrival. The animal will then be immediately be refunded/credited. -Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped. 25% non refundable deposit to hold an animal. Animals values at $300 or more are eligible for payment plan.

-All shipments will be held at your local hub for pickup -Hub pickups must be picked up within 2 hours once FedEx states package is ready for pickup. -Shipping is calculated per zip code.
