The Pink Dragon will only offer money back guarantee if shipped to customers picking Dragon up at shipping HUB. The Pink Dragon will only ship out during ideal weather conditions for Dragon safety. If Dragon arrives DOA, a Video of Dragon inside container must be sent within 1 hour of Shipping Hub opening time. If reserved Dragon is DOA under proper receiving conditions and DOA Policy is followed, The Pink Dragon will replace with Dragon with like Morph and coloring or offer 100% refund.  

  Deposits/Payment- With 25% down, the final payment will be due with shipping if applicable before Dragon will be shipped out. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE and once paid in full, if customer is not ready for Dragon within 2 weeks of agreed ship date, then $10 per week will be added to dragon total for additional food and care. By making your downpayment/payment in full, you accept the terms of this agreement   *** If shipping conditions are appropriate, and the purchaser does not finalize purchase within two weeks of agreed upon shipping date, deposit will be forfeited.

Shipping- The Pink Dragon only ships to Fed Ex Hubs. Ship out days are Tuesday or Wednesday to allow overnight delivery with a buffer day Friday in case of Fed Ex error. Shipping will only occur if temperatures are at 50 degrees or higher across shipping path.
