We do not accept any returns. If condition of material or critter is shown in expo we will not accept returns. Custom enclosures are built to specification and therefore cannot be refunded. Once condition of critters are verified before exchanging no refunds will be valid.

All payments should be upfront to allow material purchases and labor. We are not responsible for tail loss or tail damage after purchase. Tail dropping can occur naturally from stress, handling, shipping, tank mates, or environmental changes and is not considered grounds for refund, replacement, or exchange. All live animal sales are final. We offer a live arrival/live pickup guarantee only. Once the animal leaves our care or is picked up/delivered, we are not responsible for illness, injury, stress, tail loss, refusal to eat, environmental issues, or death due to improper husbandry, handling, transport delays, incompatible tank mates, or other conditions beyond our control. Any DOA (dead on arrival) claims must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/pickup with clear photos/videos in the unopened container. We will verify the animal leaves our care alive and healthy before shipping. We are not responsible for any issues after it is shipped. We love our animals deeply however some things are out of our control.
