LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING POLICY Wild Heart Exotics ships live animals through approved overnight shipping services when weather and animal health conditions are safe. • Live animals are shipped FedEx Hub to FedEx Hub only. • The buyer is responsible for providing the correct FedEx Ship Center location for pickup. • Someone must be available to pick up the animal promptly upon arrival. • Shipping will only occur when temperatures are considered safe for the animal’s well-being. • Wild Heart Exotics reserves the right to delay shipping due to weather, carrier delays, or other conditions that may endanger the animal. • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. • By purchasing a live animal, the buyer acknowledges that they understand and accept the risks associated with live animal shipping.
