All sales are final. All animals are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. Merrill Morphs can not be held liable for the care, or neglect of care for the animal once it has left the possetion of Merrill Morphs.

* Payments plans are available upon request on animals priced at or above $500 * 1/3 Non refundable deposit of the total purchase price is required to hold the animal. * 1/3 due on or befor 30 days of initial deposit. * 1/3 remaining ballance is due 60 days afterthe initial deposit. After full payment is recieved, the animal can be picked up locally, delived locally or shipped according to arrangements agreed upon. **Custom payments can be arranged upon request and with mutual agreement of proposed plan**

Shipping is available. The animals health and welbeing is the top prioriy when shipping. Shipping will only occur when conditions are favorable for the animal. FexEx live animal shipping will be used and all rules, regulations, requirements of carrier will be strictly followed. Shipments will only be made to FedEx hubs accepting live animal shipments. The animal will be picked up at said hub in person by the customer. All local and federal guidelines will be complied with.

All live disclosure policies will be followed. Packages will be clearly marked and labeled disclosing the contents of the package.
