Due to the live nature of reptiles and feeder insects, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on live animals. However, the health and well-being of our animals is extremely important to us. If you experience any concerns within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately with clear photos and information so we can assist you. By purchasing from Legacy Clutch Reptiles, customers acknowledge they are responsible for proper husbandry, heating, lighting, supplementation, and enclosure setup after purchase. We are always happy to provide guidance and educational support to help ensure success with your new reptile.

Legacy Clutch Reptiles accepts cash and most major electronic payment methods, including debit and credit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and availability. For the safety of both buyer and seller, no animals or products will be held without payment or a confirmed deposit agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Legacy Clutch Reptiles may offer short-term payment plans or deposit holds on select animals at our discretion. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any animal, and the remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Animals will not be released until payment has been made in full. Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the payment plan and forfeiture of the deposit unless otherwise discussed and approved.

At this time, Legacy Clutch Reptiles does not offer animal shipping. We currently provide local meetups and limited delivery options within a reasonable distance on a case-by-case basis. The safety and well-being of our animals is our top priority, and we plan to expand shipping services in the future once all necessary procedures, supplies, and certifications are fully in place.

All reptiles sold by Legacy Clutch Reptiles are live animals and may display natural variations in color, pattern, size, appetite, and temperament. Colors and patterns may also change as animals grow and mature. Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, the sex, genetics, and future breeding outcomes of any animal are not guaranteed. Buyers acknowledge they are responsible for researching and providing proper husbandry, heating, lighting, supplementation, and overall care for their reptile after purchase.
