All Sales final on merchandise. Geckos can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We accept cash and credit/debit.

Half down to hold any gecko. Must be paid in full, within 30 Days. Geckos cannot leave, until paid in full. Buyer responsible for any shipping.

We ship Fed Ex through Redline Shipping overnight. Hub to Hub AM service. Buyer pays shipping. If animal perishes in transport, we will have insurance and will be reimbursed. We will only ship when the weather is temperate at both locations. We use professional shipping guidelines, as set by Redline. Insulated Reptile Boxes and hot or cold packs, as needed.

We guarantee our geckos for up to 14 days. After that, they are out of our care. If the animal dies or becomes in this period, customer will be asked to take them to an exotics vet for examination. If it is shown that we are liable, we will send an equal substitute, if possible, or reimburse in full if we do not.
