Sales Policy: All sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy: We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. animals are shipped to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery are possible if there is such location (greater than 1 hour) of the buyer. If the buyer fails to obtain animal within 8 hour of hub delivery health of animal cannot be guaranteed.

Health Guarantee: All animals are good health, correctly sexed and eating the appropriate size food item at the time of listing. Any illness of must be reported within two hours of pickup.
