Exchanges for faulty equipment or refunds.

Payments

Refunds available for faulty equipment if it cannot be replaced. Please hold receipts or use your store membership account.

Payment Plans

30 day payment plans. Also offer Afterpay. If you change your mind on an animal, you can use the payments towards store credit or a different animal.

Shipping

FedEx overnight on live animals. No house deliveries, held ant hub only.

Live Disclosures

All animals are captive bred unless otherwise stated. If an animal dies within two weeks of ownership, photos of the enclosure will be needed to ensure animal was properly kept and updates if health was declining during those two weeks. Most of the time husbandry issues can be addressed quickly and the animal’s health improves.
