Returns & Refunds All sales are final except in cases of DOA or legitimate guarantee claims as outlined. Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted. We encourage questions before purchase.

We accept, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Credit Card (via clover), and most major cryptocurrencies. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice as animals grow and mature. Quoted or agreed-upon prices during active negotiations will be honored. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been explicitly approved. All payments and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Plans (Case-by-Case) Available on purchases of $500+. Typical terms: 20–30% non-refundable deposit + balance due within 30–90 days (exact terms agreed in writing). Once the deposit is received, the animal is removed from the market and held at no additional boarding cost. If the buyer defaults on the agreed plan, the animal will be relisted and any payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded only after the animal resells at current market value.

Shipping (Continental USA) All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight exclusively to your nearest FedEx Ship Center (Hub – Hold for Pickup). → We do not offer door-to-door delivery. Shipping rates: $65–$120 per box (exact cost depends on your zone, box size, weight, and current (Morph Market Safe Shipping Window rates). You will receive an exact quote before final payment. We strictly follow all FedEx, Reptiles Express/Redline, and MorphMarket shipping guidelines. Shipments go out Monday–Wednesday only to avoid weekend holds. Tracking number will be provided. Buyer must pick up the animal at the FedEx hub within 2 hours of first delivery attempt/availability for the Live Arrival Guarantee to apply. DOA: Full refund or replacement of equal value (buyer’s choice, when available). Sick/injured on arrival (within 2 hours of pickup, Unless explicitly previously agreed upon): Store credit or replacement after review. Health & Sex Guarantee All animals are guaranteed healthy, parasite-free, and eating appropriately at time of shipping. Sex is guaranteed. Buyer must verify and report any discrepancy within 24 hours of receipt. Weight will be within ±20% of advertised weight at time of shipping. We are not responsible for feeding issues, temperament, or refusal to feed after the animal leaves our care.
