Due to the nature of our products, Six Arrows does not accept returns on: Live animals Live plants Isopods or springtails Bioactive substrates or bedding materials Unused dry goods may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Payment Policy All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged. Six Arrows accepts the following forms of payment: Credit and debit cards Online checkout platforms offered through our website Approved payment plans when available Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received. Six Arrows reserves the right to cancel or refund any order at our discretion if fraudulent activity is suspected. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Six Arrows may offer payment plans on select animals or high-value items. Payment plans must be approved before the item is reserved. Standard payment plan terms: • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–30%) is required to reserve the item. • The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed time frame, typically 30–60 days. While an item is on payment plan: The item will be held and not sold to another customer. Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order. All deposits and payments made toward a payment plan are non-refundable if the buyer cancels. At the discretion of Six Arrows, funds paid toward a cancelled payment plan may be applied as store credit.
Six Arrows currently ships within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom-built items such as enclosures and rack systems may require additional build time. Estimated build times will be communicated to the customer when applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Six Arrows is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Six Arrows is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Live Animal Shipping Policy Live animals will only be shipped when weather conditions are safe for the animal. Six Arrows reserves the right to delay shipping if temperatures are unsafe. Live animals are shipped using overnight shipping services to minimize stress and ensure safe arrival. Whenever possible, animals will be shipped hold for pickup at a carrier hub for the safest delivery. Customers must be available to receive the shipment on the first delivery attempt. Local Laws It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding reptile ownership. Six Arrows reserves the right to refuse shipment of animals to areas where ownership is restricted or prohibited.
Six Arrows offers a Live Arrival Guarantee for live animals under the following conditions: The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt. The buyer must notify Six Arrows within one hour of delivery if an issue occurs. Clear photos or video documentation must be provided. If these conditions are met and an issue occurs during shipping, Six Arrows will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution. The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if: The package is not received on the first delivery attempt The customer provides incorrect shipping information Unsafe shipping temperatures were ignored at the customer's request The animal is mishandled after delivery Live Animal Disclosure All animals sold by Six Arrows are live animals and may exhibit natural variations in: coloration pattern size temperament Photos provided are intended to represent the animal as accurately as possible but lighting and monitor differences may affect appearance. Sex of animals is determined to the best of our ability but cannot always be guaranteed for very young animals. Six Arrows cannot guarantee future breeding outcomes, genetic expression, or long-term coloration changes. Once an animal leaves our care, proper husbandry becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
