All sales are final. In the event of a agreed upon unsatisfactory transaction or animal, Buyer pays shipping back if unsatisfied. If there is an issue with the animal, refunds are handled in the form of a of another animal of the same value or a credit with Dragon Tamer Reptiles for the original purchased animal price.

Payment plans to hold an animal are offered with 20% down and 30/60 day plans depending on the amount total, with the deposit going towards the total cost of the animal. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE to assure reliable purchases. Payment must be paid in full before delivery of animal. If full payment is not made in the timeline discussed, and no effort for extension made, we reserve the right to refund the paid amount besides the initial down payment to reserve the animal and place the animal back on sale. Transaction are available via Paypal or Debit/Credit cards via Square and are acceptable forms of payment.

Shipping: We use “Reptiles 2 You” exclusively and require next day arrival via FedEx Priority overnight shipping only from Monday – Wednesday. Animals are only shipped if temps are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees in the area the animal is being shipped too and from. Package must have an adult signature upon delivery. Shipping is done at the availability and discretion of the seller.

All animals are guaranteed live upon arrival, correctly sexed, eating and healthy. Any unsatisfactory delivery must be notified to us within the same day as the delivery. We guarantee an animal for 1 week from time of receipt.
