-To reserve an animal a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. -30 day payment plans are available. -Animal must be paid in full before shipping.

-Shipping quotes available upon request. (Shipping is typically $40-80) -I can meet within an hours drive from my location (Charlotte, North Carolina) -Shipping to Fedex Hub / Ship Center for pickup highly preferred. -Shipping to a residential address via Fedex is occasionally offered per my discretion.

-Live arrival is guaranteed. Depending on circumstance, a refund or selection of a different animal will be provided. -In the event of a DOA please email / message me with photos for a resolution. -Animal health is guaranteed for 14 days after arrival as long as good husbandry is in place, per my discretion and customer communication. -If the package is not opened immediately after pick up and I don’t receive an e-mail / message from you within three hours of pick up (a simple “they arrived ok” is fine) the health guarantee is void.
