All live animal sales are final. Animals are inspected prior to sale and sold in good health. We do not accept returns on live reptiles. If a concern arises within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us with photos and details so we can review the situation. Wet specimen sales are final.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to applicable sales tax.

Payment plans may be available on select animals at our discretion. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. If the buyer cancels or fails to complete payments, deposits are forfeited.

We ship live reptiles within the United States weather permitting. All shipments are scheduled with the safety of the animal as the top priority. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No shipping is offered for expo same-day purchases unless otherwise arranged. Ask about out import/ export services

All animals are sold as live reptiles and require proper care, housing, and husbandry. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they understand the care requirements of the species purchased. We are available to provide care guidance and support.
