Deposits and “hold” animals: Payment plans are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit IF we can reach acceptable terms on balance due payments. Animals do not leave until they are paid in full. If we are unable to supply the purchased animal, a full refund will be granted.

We ship FED EX priority overnight. Most packages arrive between 9am - 1200 We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx Hub. Our shipping days are Monday through Thursday. We pack your order in the safest and most efficient way possible. All orders for animals are shipped in a foam foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we can include an ice pack or thermal pack at no charge for animal safety.
