All sales are final. There are no returns but I will consider reptile related problems on a case by case basis. My decision on those issues is final. No return of any kind is guaranteed or implied.
I accept cash, most major credit cards and debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal friends and family.
I will consider and discuss payment plans on any purchase of $500 or more. Any payment plan has a non refundable 25% deposit.
I ship priority overnight by FedEx to your local hub for all animals. Shipping will only be on Monday - Wednesday.
