All sales are final. Payments are non refundable with the exception to DOA when shipping to a Fedex hub. In which the buyer must notify AmericanPys within 1 hour of pickup if animal was DOA pictures of the animal must be provided.

Payment is required at time of purchase with exception to payment plans. Only live animal purchases may be made into a payment plan.

A 25% deposit is required to put an animal on hold with a minimum amount of $100. If the animal is posted for an amount lower than $100, then the animal must be paid it in its entirety. $500-$750 must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and remaining balance must be paid off within 30 days. $750-$1,500 must pay a 25% non-refundable deposit and balance must be paid off within 60 days. In the event of failure to complete a payment plan, 100% of what has been paid will be non-refundable. For animals not in a payment plan, buyer must pay off the balance in 7 days after the deposit is made. If buyer fails to pay off the balance in 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded and the animals in the purchase may be put back on the market for sale. A sale is not complete until full payment is received.

We are avaliable to ship any state in the US. During inclement weather it is up to the full discretion of AmericanPys when it is appropriate to ship live animals for the saftey and well-being of the animal. We will not ship during temperatures lower than 35°F nor temperatures higher than 110°F. Live arrival to Fedex hubs are guaranteed. Live arrivals to residential addresses are not guaranteed in which the buyer must notify AmericanPys within 1 hour of pickup if animal was DOA, pictures of the animal must be provided. We reserve the right to refuse shipping an animal to a business or residential address.

All ball pythons avaliable for sell are guaranteed to be in good health.
