All animal sales are final. All my animals are captive bred, properly sexed, eating well, and showing normal development. Shipped animals are guaranteed live arrival when shipping policy is followed. Sex must be verified by new owner within three days of arrival, otherwise no exchanges will be made. Recessive traits in Ball Pythons are guaranteed. Incomplete dominant traits will be DNA verified when possible and practical; otherwise incomplete dominant traits are not guaranteed. Your satisfaction and the long-term thriving of my animals is very important to me, I will always help with any difficulties you may have.

I accept cash, Paypal Friends and Family, Venmo Friends and Family, Cash App, CC, and bank check. Checks must clear before animals are shipped or released. Due to problems with scammers, I do not accept PP or Venmo Goods and Services. Any questions, just ask. I've been in the reptile keeping and breeding hobby and business for decades and my reputation is well-known.

I accept payment plans on a case by case basis, normally for a $500 minimum purchase. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold an animal, and monthly payments must be made based on an amount and schedule we agree on. If buyer fails to make any payment on the agreed date(s), plan ends and the animal will be relisted for sale. Any payments (including deposit) will be held in escrow for one year and may be applied toward another animal. After one year the account will be considered closed. Under no circumstances will deposits or payments be refunded. Animals will be shipped or released after all payments including shipping costs have been made.

I ship Fedex Priority Overnight, hub to hub, for pickup by the customer at their Fedex Ship Center Hub. I do not ship to residences unless there is no hub location within an hour of the customer's location. Animals must be picked up same day and no longer than eight hours after arrival. Live arrival is guaranteed provided the above policy is adhered to, AND the customer notifies me of safe and live arrival as soon as the package is picked up. If I do not receive notification from the customer of live arrival within eight hours of arrival at the Fedex hub, live guarantee is void. I use heat packs or cool packs as needed. I ONLY ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. Temperatures must be above 40 degrees and under 80 degrees in Columbus Ohio, Memphis TN or Indianapolis IN (Fedex connecting hubs), and the destination location. I reserve the right to determine when safe shipping conditions are present. I will hold animals that are paid for until they can be safely shipped, so your animal is in good hands until you receive it.

Live arrival is guaranteed provided the shipping policy outlined above is adhered to, AND the customer notifies me of safe and live arrival as soon as the package is picked up.
