NO REFUNDS will be issued. If there is an issue, depending on the circumstances, we may issue a store credit minus shipping costs. If you choose to swap to another animal, funds can be transferred to another but the final payoff date will not change.

All buyers need to be over 18 years of age. Payments accepted through Venmo, Paypal, CashApp and Zelle Payment is to be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. Payment plans are available with a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the animal within the time frame allotted based on the amount.

We accept payment plans on animals over $300

Shipping rates will vary from city to city via Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) depending on the size of reptile purchased. We speak with the customer to arrange shipment on a Tuesday or Wednesday because shipments must be singed for and it will not be left at the door.
