We offer a full 100% Live Arrival Guarantee on anything shipped overnight. For show pickup, everything will be LAG, but once in your possession we can not guarantee anything. There will not be any refunds given, but we will accept surrenders if you can not, or will not care for purchased animal.
Full payment is expected before receiving animal.
Payment plans will be offered for purchases exceeding $500. A 20% down payment of purchase value (including shipping if applicable) will be required before animal will be reserved. Animal will not be released to purchaser until payment is made in full. Full payment must be made within 30 days of down payment unless discussed before plan starts. No refunds will be given.
100% LAG on any animal shipped FedEx Priority Overnight held for pickup at your nearest hub. You have two hours from stamped arrival time to video record opening package and letting us know of any problems. Please follow this simple procedure with all delivery options, and there will be no issue getting refunds, or replacements. If not followed correctly refunds can not be promised. 2 day shipping will be offered with LAG when temperatures between shipping and receiving are between 60F and 80F degrees. Home delivery is an option with overnight only and temperatures are between 60F and 80F. LAG will not be included with home delivery due to possible unforseen circumstances.
LAG is offered as stated above. You are responsible once in your care. Everything will be happy and healthy at time of receiving. If you feel as if the animal is not, contact us and we will assess the situation immediately. We want our customers just as happy as we keep our bugs.
