GENERAL OVERVIEW Pets Peak Supply Co. sells custom engraved products and live feeder insects. Due to the nature of these products, different return and refund rules apply. Please review this policy prior to purchase. CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCTS (NON-LIVING GOODS) All custom engraved products are FINAL SALE. Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted ONLY under the following conditions: • The engraving is defective or illegible • The wrong item was provided • The item was damaged at the time of sale The following are NOT eligible for return or refund: • Change of mind • Incorrect wording, size, or options selected by the customer • Aesthetic preference Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Approved resolutions may include: • Replacement of the item • Refund to the original payment method • Store credit (at company discretion) LIVE FEEDER INSECTS (DUBIA ROACHES, ETC.) ALL FEEDER SALES ARE FINAL. Due to biosecurity risks, handling variables, and environmental factors, live feeder insects cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave our possession.

GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a written agreement states otherwise. Pets Peak Supply Co. reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

POLICY STATEMENT Pets Peak Supply Co. does not offer payment plans, layaway, or installment payments under any circumstances. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of sale.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS Pets Peak Supply Co. ships live animals and feeders within the United States only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All shipments are sent after full payment has cleared. Orders cannot be processed or shipped without confirmed payment. SHIPPING DAYS To ensure live animals and feeders arrive alive and in optimal condition, all live shipments are processed and shipped only on Mondays or Tuesdays. Shipments later in the week (Wednesday–Friday) are not permitted to avoid weekend delays and exposure to extreme temperatures. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment during business hours. SHIPPING METHODS We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on destination, carrier reliability, and temperature considerations. Shipping method is selected to maximize survival and delivery speed. Expedited or overnight shipping may be offered at additional cost if available. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted prior to shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Free or discounted shipping promotions, if offered, apply only as stated. ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses. Pets Peak Supply Co. is not responsible for: Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses Packages marked “delivered” by carriers Packages returned due to recipient unavailability Reshipping fees may apply if the carrier returns the package due to incorrect information. LIVE ANIMAL & FEEDER GUARANTEE Live animals and feeders are guaranteed alive at the time of shipment and upon arrival within the scheduled shipping window, subject to our Live Feeder and Live Animal Policies. All shipments are packaged using industry-standard methods to maintain safe temperature and minimize stress. DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the animal(s) and packaging. RISKS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Customers acknowledge that live shipments involve inherent risks. Pets Peak Supply Co. is not responsible for: Death or injury caused by improper handling after delivery Delays or losses caused by carriers, weather, or natural disasters Mortality due to conditions outside of our shipping control Customers are responsible for: Ensuring proper housing, temperature, and care upon receipt Receiving the package promptly during business hours POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT By purchasing live animals or feeders from Pets Peak Supply Co., the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy and all associated Live Animal and Live Feeder Policies.

GENERAL DISCLOSURE Pets Peak Supply Co. is committed to transparency, ethical practices, and responsible animal placement. All live animals, including feeder insects, are sold or facilitated with full disclosure to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale or facilitation. HEALTH & CONDITION DISCLOSURE • Live animals are represented accurately based on visual inspection and information provided by breeders or suppliers • Minor cosmetic imperfections, natural variation, or stress-related changes may occur and are not considered defects • We do not guarantee long-term health, temperament, size, color, or breeding outcomes Live animals are living organisms and may change due to environmental factors, handling, or husbandry. GENETICS & MORPH DISCLOSURE • Genetics and morph identification are disclosed based on breeder records and experience • Genetic outcomes are not guaranteed • Possibility of unknown or incomplete genetics exists Customers accept inherent uncertainty associated with live animal genetics. AGE, SEX, AND SIZE ESTIMATES • Age, sex, and size are best estimates at the time of disclosure • Sexing of juveniles is not guaranteed • No guarantees are made regarding future size or maturity LIVE FEEDER DISCLOSURE • Feeder insects are sold as live food animals • Quantity, size, and condition are approximate at time of sale • Mortality may occur during transit or environmental changes • Live feeder purchases are governed by the Live Feeder Policy SHIPPING & TRANSIT RISKS • Live animal shipments involve inherent risk • Weather, carrier delays, and handling are beyond our control • Live arrival is subject to specific shipping conditions and policies Pets Peak Supply Co. is not responsible for losses caused by carrier delays or improper recipient handling. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Customers are responsible for: • Researching species-specific care requirements • Ensuring proper housing and environmental conditions • Complying with all local, state, and federal laws We do not guarantee survival if animals are kept outside recommended care parameters. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES All live animals are provided AS IS, with no expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
