Health and Genetics Guarantee Health Guarantee All animals are carefully inspected and represented as healthy at the time of sale. Because animals are sold in person and are exposed to conditions beyond our control once they leave our possession, we provide a health guarantee through the end of the day of purchase only. If a health concern is identified on the day of purchase, the buyer must notify us immediately and provide clear photographs, videos, and any supporting veterinary documentation if requested. We reserve the right to review all information before determining an appropriate resolution. This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper husbandry, handling, environmental conditions, feeding practices, stress-related complications, injuries occurring after purchase, or any condition that develops after the day of sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for health-related concerns reported after the day of purchase. Genetics Guarantee We stand behind the genetics of the animals we produce and sell. Due to the increasing complexity of modern breeding projects and the visual similarities of some incomplete dominant (co-dominant) traits, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on all incomplete dominant gene identifications. However, we provide a 100% guarantee on all recessive and heterozygous (het) genetics listed for an animal. We also guarantee the accuracy of the animal's sex as represented at the time of sale. If a proven genetic discrepancy involving a recessive gene or an incorrect sex identification is discovered, we will work with the buyer to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement animal, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted only for: Verified health issues reported on the day of purchase. Verified recessive genetic inaccuracies. Verified sex misidentification. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer's remorse, breeding outcomes, temperament, feeding preferences, appearance changes with age, incomplete dominant gene disputes, or husbandry-related issues occurring after purchase. Payment Plans Payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. Standard payment plans require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 20%, with the remaining balance due within 30 to 60 days, depending on the specific animal and agreed-upon terms. Please contact us to discuss payment plan options for a particular animal. All deposits and payments made toward a payment plan are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Ownership of the animal remains with the seller until the balance has been paid in full. All sales are subject to normal store policies. If the agreed-upon payment schedule is not completed by the specified due date and the buyer becomes unresponsive or fails to make arrangements for an extension, the payment plan will be considered abandoned. In such cases, all monies paid will be forfeited, and the animal may be relisted for sale without further notice.

Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee Shipping Availability We ship reptiles only to locations where legal and weather conditions permit safe transport. Shipping dates are Tuesday or Wednesday priority overnight and scheduled based on temperatures at both the origin and destination locations and along the carrier's route. We reserve the right to delay shipment if conditions are deemed unsafe for the animal. Live Arrival Guarantee All shipped animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good condition when the following requirements are met: The package is shipped to a carrier hub for pickup. The buyer is available to pick up the package promptly (within 2 hours) from the carrier's hub. The buyer provides an accurate hub shipping address and contact information. If an animal arrives deceased (DOA), the buyer must notify us at the time of pickup and provide: Clear photographs of the unopened shipping box. Clear photographs of the animal. Any additional information requested for verification. Failure to notify us at the time of pickup voids the Live Arrival Guarantee. Exclusions to the Live Arrival Guarantee The Live Arrival Guarantee is void if: The buyer provides an incorrect address. The buyer is unavailable for pickup. The package is redirected after shipment. The buyer requests shipment despite unsafe weather conditions. Carrier delays occur due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions. Health Guarantee for Shipped Animals Shipped animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and free from obvious signs of illness. The health guarantee extends through the end of the day of delivery. Any health concerns must be reported on the day of delivery with photographs, videos, and veterinary documentation if requested. We reserve the right to evaluate all claims before determining an appropriate resolution. This guarantee does not cover issues related to husbandry, acclimation stress, feeding response, injuries after delivery, environmental conditions, or any condition reported after the day of delivery. Live Animal Disclosure Policy All reptiles offered for sale are living animals and, as such, may exhibit natural variations in appearance, behavior, feeding response, growth rate, and coloration. We strive to represent every animal accurately through photographs, descriptions, and genetic information. However, buyers acknowledge the following: Coloration and pattern may change as an animal matures, sheds, and develops. Photographs may appear different depending on lighting conditions, camera settings, monitor displays, and the animal's most recent shed cycle. Weights and measurements provided are approximate and may vary slightly at the time of sale or shipment. Feeding habits may vary from animal to animal and can change due to environmental conditions, seasonal behavior, stress, or acclimation to a new enclosure. Animals may refuse food temporarily after shipping, relocation, breeding activity, shedding, or other normal life events. Temperament is not guaranteed and may change as the animal matures. Breeding outcomes, future size, color development, fertility, and reproductive success cannot be guaranteed. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all animals are sold as pets, breeders, or holdbacks based on our current evaluation and observations at the time of sale. Any known physical defects, injuries, abnormalities, or special care requirements will be disclosed prior to the completion of the sale to the best of our knowledge.
