We breed and sell jumping spiders. The vast majority of jumpers we have available are captive bred by us. We also have some captive bred tarantulas available.
We do not accept returns on invertebrates. A full refund will be offered in the case of shipping DOAs when reported to us with clear photo evidence of the DOA within a two hour window of the package being available for pickup at the FedEx location.
We accept cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments through square. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, or for online orders, before shipping.
We do not currently offer any payment plans at this time. Payments must be made in full prior to the purchase of any spiders.
Shipping Policy and LAG for online orders: “All orders placed before midnight on Sunday will be sent out on Tuesday of the coming week. Shipping Wednesday is also available by request, but if no request is made we ship Tuesday by default. HAL(Hold At Location) for shipping is highly recommended, this shortens the amount of time they will have to spend on the back of a FedEx truck in potentially less than ideal conditions. There is a Live arrival guarantee (LAG) for all animals in the case of a DOA, provided you contact us within 2 hours of us being notified that you received shipment, or of it being available for pickup at your FedEx hub to notify us. Please provide a clear picture of the DOA. In this case a replacement can be issued, if available, or we can refund the FULL cost of the order. We take safety and customer satisfaction very seriously and as such we take on the risk associated with shipping, instead of levying it on you.
