if the spider dies within the first few days of purchase, you may reach out and we will discuss options for replacement. If your spider starts showing signs of sickness or lethargy, I am more than willing to meet to pick up the little one and nurse him back to health for you. Gas fees may apply with greater distance

we request payment is available at the day of purchase and before you take a spider home.

We have very low prices and therefore haven’t done very many payment plan options, however we are willing to negotiate if that’s the only way we can get a little guy to you. We are reasonable and understanding. Please reach out and let’s see what we can do

we guarantee that your spider will arrive alive. If in time where it does not arrive well (hasn’t happened to us yet) we will deal with the issue as appropriate. If a fed ex worker was the problem we will only ask that you help with shipping costs. If it was our fault we take full responsibility and will replace the spider and shipping no costs
