We try not to accept any live animal returns. Out of the ordinary return requests may be accepted

Full pay required before animal goes home with the customer.

We accept payment plans. 20% down non-refundable deposit can hold the animal for up to 60 days. Animal with be given to customer when the full payment is completed

Shipping will only be completed if weather is compatible. Shipping costs vary based on location and size of animal

Animals will arrive live and healthy. Upon worst case scenario that animal arrives dead. Replacement will be provided upon proof of death.
