For Reptiles: The live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present to receive the animal at time of delivery from a FedEx Hub. If you are not able to do this, we can ship to an address provided by you for delivery without a live arrival guarantee. Temperatures should not exceed 90 degrees or fall below 30 at the connecting hub or the arrival destination. We absolutely will not ship in inclement weather. Should there be a delivery mishap, you must provide a photo of damaged box and or dead animal / animals inside the original shipping container. DOA animals must not be removed from the original containers. Video proof of you opening the package at arrival showing the deceased animal must be sent within 1 hour of delivery time stamp. If you are not there to receive the package, this voids our live arrival guarantee. Indominus Reps is only responsible for replacing/refunding the original purchase price of the animal. Shipping cost is usually included on all animals. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund option is chosen. Replacement animals will be sent out at no additional cost. If a package arrives after scheduled arrival time due to an error on Fedex's part causing the animal to arrive deceased, we will seek a refund for shipping cost and return it to the buyer if it is awarded. Acts of nature do not count as error on Fedex's part. For All Other Sales: Sales are final. If your product arrives damaged or defective by fault of seller, video proof must be shown of you opening the package with proof of seller defect at time of opening to qualify for partial store credit. Damage caused by shipper or due to being left in inclement weather will not be eligible for refund. We maintain the highest quality possible for our 3D prints, however every print is different and none will be perfect. No refunds or store credit will be issued for print quality concerns.

We accept cash, debit/credit, PayPal, Venmo & Cash App. All online sales will be invoiced via Square and payment must be remitted within 24 hours via invoice.

Payment plans are solely at seller discretion. If approved for a payment plan, buyer will be required to pay a 20-50% non refundable deposit up front (that will go towards the cost of the purchase). Full payment must be received within timeframe approved by seller, if it is not, the deposit will not be returned and purchase will be relisted by seller.

For Reptiles: All reptiles will be sent via FedEx overnight shipping to the closest FedEx hub of buyers choosing. Absolutely no shipping will be done during inclement weather, including temperatures dangerous to reptile health. Buyer has 1 hour to pick up reptile from the FedEx hub. See above policy for Live Arrival Guarantee requirements. If buyer opts out of FedEx hub delivery, the reptile will be shipped via FedEx Overnight Delivery to the address provided without the Live Arrival Guarantee. Shipping is included on all reptile purchases. For all other purchases: Shipping will be done via USPS at buyer responsibility. Cost of shipping will be included in the invoice for buyer to pay.

Live Arrival Guarantee: Indominus Reps guarantees live arrival only on reptiles shipped to a FedEx Hub and with pickup done within 1 hour. Video proof of opening package showing deceased animal must be provided within the 1 hour from time stamped delivery to be considered for a refund. All refunds are at full discretion of seller. Health Guarantee: We provide a 14-day health guarantee on our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed. Since this is a live animal, once they leave our hands, we cannot control how they are cared for. We require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. If you do not communicate with us that you are having an issue, and you contact us after the 14 days, we cannot be responsible for the animal’s health. If your animal is acting off, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance BEFORE you take any action. DO NOT seek the advice of another person or search engine before contacting us. Not adhering to this will void your health guarantee. If for any reason you decide you no longer wish to have the animal, or wish to exchange it, this is completely at our discretion. We will require you to ship the animal back to us at your expense. A new animal will be sent to you upon receipt of the old one. Sex: We do not guarantee the sex of the reptile. We will do our best to provide the anticipated sex based off of our experience, but we do not provide a full guarantee. *ALL BUYERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE A LIVE ANIMAL FROM US*
