No returns, exchanges or refunds on any animals. All animals come with a 7 day health guarantee as long as proper husbandry is provided through photos/video from the buyer.

Lagoon Grove Exotics accepts the following forms of payment: Paypal Goods and Services, Venmo, Square and Zelle. (Please note: PayPal purchases will include an additional processing fee). In the case of payments exceeding $1000, we reserve the right to request an I.D. from the buyer to prevent fraud.

Payment plans are not accepted at this time.

Lagoon Grove Exotics ships on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting. Animals will be shipped FedEx overnight, at the buyer's expense, to the nearest Hub, where the package will be held for pickup. Buyers must pick up their package within 5 hours of arrival on the package's tracking information. Failure to do so will VOID the Live Arrival Guarantee. We understand that in certain circumstances, home delivery is the only option so the animal/s CAN be shipped to a personal residence; delivery to a personal residence will VOID the Live Arrival Guarantee. Animals will not be shipped until weather permits and the animal/s can travel safely. If a shipment is refused/not picked up, resulting in its return to Lagoon Grove Exotics, we reserve the right to withhold the original shipping fee. As well as the return shipping fee and any additional handling fees resulting from absence/refusal.
