We do not offer returns or refunds unless it is stated DOA under the live arrival guarantee.

We accept payment forms via cash, cash app, Venmo, PayPal friends and family , and we also accept Square payments but a Credit Card fee of 3 % will be applied to the purchase if using Square as a form of payment.

For anything priced at $500 or higher we will accept a payment plan with 30% down and the remainder due WITHIN or by the 60th day. No animal will change hands or be shipped until final payment is made. If the animal is shipped this will be at buyers expense unless otherwise discussed with myself prior.

We will only ship with weather permitting and only from FedEx Hub to FedEx Hub. With this form of shipment we have a live aerial guarantee. You must pick up animal within TWO hours of it being delivered to your hub or this voids the guarentee. If for some unfortunate reason the animal is DOA proof of unpackaging needs to be provided via video with timestamp, then and only then will the value be refunded or replaced with an animal of the same value if you so chose. DOA very very rarely happens so the above policy and arrival and pickup times are stated to insure the animals health and safety above all else.
