Must be 18 years old to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. At present we are accepting Cash, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle (live). We will also accept Cashiers Checks and Personal Checks (for shipments). We are working to add more payment options (credit cards) and will update as needed. All non-cash payments must be clear before shipment. Auctions: Auctions that we may offer need to be paid or at least communicated within 24 hours of auction end. As of now PayPal or Venmo is preferred and with us obtaining your PayPal email and sending a request. Shipping when safe is paramount so waiting will happen if necessary. Also shipping stated in auction is final regardless of location and whether you win multiple auctions unless you contact us ahead of time to agree on something different. We always try to work with people but don’t assume. Ask questions before bidding.

We ship to a local FedEx Hub for pickup only. Buyer is responsible for current local and state laws pertaining to their area of residence concerning owning reptiles. Hold for pickups must be picked up within 3 hours of FedEx stamped time of available for pickup and DOA must be notified within one hour of pickup! All animals will be properly sexed (any dispute of this or anything pertaining to genetics or actual animal received must be made within 24 hours of receipt). Please understand especially with shorts and bloods mistakes can be made so we will do everything we can to ensure this and work with customers if they feel it is wrong. Also we cannot know how these animals are kept when in the care of someone else i.e. out of our hands so any issues need to be brought to our attention when picked up. All genetics are guaranteed as far as recessive and if we are unsure on anything we will state it. Anything visual that we cannot 100% guarantee will be listed as possible as we will always err to caution when listing as such. At present we are only shipping to hub hold for pickup (very exclusive exceptions are possible on a case by case basis). We ship priority overnight only and will adhere to the policies and recs as well as common shipping guidelines related to safety of the animal for shipping partner used. This takes precedence for us. We ship weekly Monday- Wednesday for next day pickup although we try to limit our amount of runs each week due to distance, weather and holiday and notices all dictating shipment. We are very cautious when shipping and will not ship if we don’t feel it’s safe to do so and will not ship past Wednesday of any week. We state the safety in shipping is paramount when talking with customers. Communication is key and we will not ship unless contacting you before shipping the day of. If a customer continues to ignore safety of animal, doesn’t respond timely for shipping, or requests constant shipping outside of our parameters we will refund your money if paid minus 10% of total paid.
