Deposits and payments on holds/payment plans are non-refundable. If you cancel, you may forfeit payments already made. If I must cancel for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. Video or take pictures of open your animal. If they do not show up alive, and you picked the animal up within 3 hours of them arriving at the hub, and full refund will be given or the money can be applied to another animal in my inventory.

I accept PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo, Zelle, & CashApp. I expect full payment within 24 hours, unless a payment arrange had been discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.

Holds & Deposits I will hold any animal for up to 30 days with a non-refundable deposit of 25% paid at time of agreement. The deposit is applied to the purchase price; remaining balance is due by the hold expiration date. Payment Plans up to 90 days for animals priced $1500 and over, and up to 45 days for animals priced $1499 and under. Missed or late payments may void the plan at my discretion; all deposits and prior payments are non-refundable but transferable to another animal only by prior agreement and availability. Animals ship only after the final payment clears.

FedEx Priority Overnight to a FedEx Ship Center is preferred for animal safety. I reserve the right to delay shipping for weather or logistics to protect the animal; I’ll coordinate the first safe date with you. Live Arrival & Health Live-arrival guarantee when shipped to a FedEx hub and picked up promptly (typically within 2 hours of availability). Please film the unboxing in one continuous video and contact me immediately if there are any issues. A 7-day health window begins at pickup; keep the animal in proper quarantine and husbandry. I’m here for lifetime support.

Buyer Responsibilities You must be 18+ and comply with all local laws/regulations. Have an appropriate enclosure, heat, and humidity ready before the animal arrives.
