Animal Sales are Final. Drygoods. New/unused items in the condition sold can be returned with a restocking fee. If a defective product is sold, it will be returned/refunded or exchanged without any restocking or other fees applied.

In person we accept any tap or chip credit/debit cards, Cash, or paypal if needed.

We do not offer Payment Plans. All purchases are expected ro be paid upfront in full.

Orders theough our website will be shipped, unless local pickup is chosen. Shipping method will depend on the type of product purchased. Live animals will ship via FedEx Priority Overnight Services, Dry goods will ship via ground services of our choosing.
